Summary
AllTime Athletics is a read-only public website. We do not require accounts, we do not ask for personal information, and we do not use advertising or marketing trackers. We use Netlify for hosting, Cloudflare for privacy-friendly analytics, and we embed third-party content (video, flags, fonts) which has its own data practices. That’s essentially the whole picture.

Who We Are
For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” and “the Site” refer to AllTime Athletics (alltimeathletics.com), a personal, non-commercial project. You can reach the operator of the Site at contact@alltimeathletics.com for any privacy-related request.
Information We Collect
We do not directly collect, store, or process personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. The Site has no accounts, no signup forms, no comment fields, and no contact forms. The only way personal information reaches us is if you voluntarily send it to us by email.
However, certain information is automatically processed when you visit any website, including ours:
Technical information (processed by Netlify)
The Site is hosted on Netlify. When you visit, Netlify (our hosting and content-delivery provider) automatically processes:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and version
- Your operating system
- The pages you request
- Timestamps of your requests
- Referring URL (the page that sent you to us)
- Approximate geographic region (derived from IP address)
This information is used by Netlify to deliver the Site to you, protect against abuse and denial-of-service attacks, and provide aggregate traffic statistics. Netlify’s handling of this data is governed by Netlify’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — roughly, how many people visit, which pages are popular, and which countries or devices they come from. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design: it does not place tracking cookies in your browser and does not build profiles of individual visitors across sites.
The analytics data we can see is aggregate and anonymized. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
You can read about how Cloudflare Web Analytics works here: Cloudflare Web Analytics privacy.
Cookies
The Site itself does not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
We do use your browser’s sessionStorage (a local-only, tab-scoped mechanism) to remember that you’ve seen the splash screen during your current visit, so we don’t show it to you repeatedly. This data never leaves your device.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm for bot management) to protect the Site from automated abuse. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
If you use any of the third-party services described below, those services may set their own cookies according to their own policies.
Third-Party Services Embedded on the Site
When you load a page that contains the following content, your browser communicates directly with the relevant third party, which may log technical information independently of us:
- YouTube video embeds and links — if you play a video or open a YouTube link, YouTube (owned by Google) may collect data according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Flag images from flagcdn.com — loaded as static images; see their site for details.
- Google Fonts — the site’s typefaces are served by Google Fonts; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of these third parties. If you object to a specific third-party embed loading on your device, browser extensions that block third-party content will prevent it.
How We Use Information
The limited information we have access to (aggregate Netlify server logs and Cloudflare Web Analytics data) is used solely to:
- Keep the Site running and secure
- Understand which pages and events are popular, to guide what we work on next
- Diagnose errors and broken links
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not have advertisers or data brokers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar laws. These rights typically include:
- The right to know what information, if any, is held about you
- The right to request correction or deletion of that information
- The right to object to processing
- The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
Because we do not knowingly collect or store personal information that identifies you, in most cases there is no personal data on our side to access or delete. However, if you would like to exercise any of these rights, or have questions about how your data is handled, please email us at contact@alltimeathletics.com and we will respond in good faith.
For requests relating to data held by Netlify, Cloudflare, YouTube, or Google, please contact those providers directly using the links to their privacy policies above.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Data Retention
Netlify server logs are retained by Netlify according to their own retention periods. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to their own retention periods. We do not independently store visitor data beyond what these providers make available in their aggregate dashboards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Site’s features, the services we use, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when changes were made. If a change is significant, we will note it prominently on the Site.
